Bookkeepers Masterminds provides professional bookkeeping services to businesses and individuals. Our services include, but are not limited to, financial statement preparation, payroll processing, accounts receivable and payable management, and tax preparation support.

2. Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

Promptly inform us of any changes to your financial information or business operations that may affect our services.

4. Fees and Payment

Fees: The fees for our services will be outlined in a separate engagement letter or agreement provided to you prior to the commencement of services.
Payment Terms: Payment for services is due upon receipt of our invoice unless otherwise specified in your engagement letter. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment.
Late Fees: A late fee may be assessed on any unpaid balances that are more than 30 days overdue.

5. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the engagement for any reason by providing written notice to the other party. Upon termination, you will remain responsible for any fees incurred up to the termination date.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide accurate and timely services, Bookkeepers Masterminds shall not be held liable for any errors or omissions in the data provided by you, or for any decisions made based on the information we provide. Our liability for any claim arising from our services shall be limited to the amount of fees paid for the specific service in question.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bookkeepers Masterminds, its employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from your use of our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [New Jersey], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
